Chrismas Tree Chipping 2003-2004

At this point I expect to be out of town the week of September 8->11 and 
will not be able to attend the CN meeting on Sept. 9.

At the Tree Chip safety evaluation meeting last spring, we identified a 
critical need to start organizing in September.  Therefore it needs to be 
confirmed at the September meeting that tree chipping is going ahead and who 
will lead the organizing committee.

Waiting until after we have all recovered from BOYD in November to begin 
planning for BOYD should not be an option.

I am not prepared to lead the tree chipping project but more than willing to 
assist.

Perhaps someone could confirm with the city the same funding arrangement as 
last year before the September CN meeting?

I'll be looking for clear direction on this in the September meeting 
minutes.  Thanks.
