Clean North next three weeks

Hi folks,

things are in good shape.  I'll be back on the 8th of June, will be in 
email range periodically so do write if anything compelling comes up...

All the outstanding invoices are paid except for a few small reimbursements 
which I will do when we get back.  No other bills that I know of are due to 
arrive while I'm away.  If anything unexpected needs to be paid, Ralph 
Thomas (treasurer) has a key to the desk where the cheques reside. 
cosigners are Ralph, Suzanne Hanna (759-2893), Michelle Loubert (946-3260), 
David Trowbridge (248-3071), and Stephanie Cook (949-9461 work).  All are 
on this email list.

BOYD is arranged for June 20, 21 at the Bingo Hall on Queen Street, just a 
block away from our office.  If any untoward news comes in from TransPro or 
from the Sports Association, email me right away.  There's an info posting 
on cleannorth.org now, and a link to a contract that we're requiring 
businesses to do this time.  any howling about that, tell them to talk to 
me after the 8th.

The Bat house project has had a great beginning.  29 houses sold on the 
Friday night, only 2 of the pre-sold came to pick up, I think.  The list of 
pre-sold is on the desk (not prepaid though).  Neil will make a few more 
for the Hort Society plant sale.

Jack will be stopping by the office a bit more frequently to check in on 
things, any of the rest of you who can do so as well would be greatly 
appreciated.  thank you.

Next CN meeting will be Tuesday June 10th.  It's on the out-going message. 
I'll be bringing chocolate.
