progress report - Carpeting

Hi everyone.  Tonight went well.

Dan, Jim, and Adam took the computers apart and piled them in IS.

Jack, Adam, and Jim took apart the big desk.  Jim and Dan took apart the 
library desk.  We all put library materials in boxes in order to move the 
stacks.

Jim and Dan went for boxes while Jack, Adam, and I moved the small 
furniture from the back into IS.

Tomorrow night we will need to move the two big wooden bookshelves and then 
we will be able to put down the first carpeting segment.  I will label 
furniture parts so that Don's crew on Friday night can put things back 
together, as well as move the five big desks and two file cabinets to 
prepare for stripping out the old carpeting.

Peter:

Will you bring more boxes tomorrow, in addition to your carpeting knives, 
etc.?  Do you have one of those big ice scrapers used to pound ice from 
driveways?  I don't know the name, but it was useful before in scraping the 
old foam off the floor in the front.

Don:

Will you have a glue spreading knife before tomorrow night?  Can you drop 
it off before 7 pm?

I'll bring pop, snacks, etc. for Saturday morning.
