The beginning. Sorry I didn't realize my email program wouldn't append the earlier messages too. Here's "the bottom" you should have started with. Sorry for confusion. -- I don't do great things. I do little things, but I do them with great passion. - Mother Teresa

Hi Kathie. I'm glad that Fri. Nov. 2 works for you. What we usually to is send a letter of confirmation outlining all the details, like arrival time, set-up time, fee etc. It would be great if tickets could be sold ahead of time so that James has a guaranteed fee. A $12 to $15 ticket price is what we usually charge, but you would have to determine what you think your group would be willing to pay. At $15 per ticket, if we could have a guarantee of 25 sold, that would be wonderful. Has your group heard the Walkerton song yet? James made the front page of the London paper last year when he played it at Home County Festival. Anyway what I need from you is this: mailing address telephone number fax number what time you want James to start what time he can arrive to set up (he can bring a sound system) address of the venue will there be a billet (I will check with him to see if he's bringing a bass player) That's about it. Let me know what you think about the ticket price and we'll go from there. I can send you posters. Let me know if you want them. James can promote the event through his web and mailing list, if you want. Thanks so much. I'll wait to hear from you. Jude.
