Special Edition - the Bat House Party!


1.  We need seven or eight people to help build bat houses on Saturday 
morning (yes, this Saturday the 10th).  9 am until noon, in the back  room 
of the Clean North office.  All materials and tools will be provided.

At least half of you will be painting wood parts, so you don't need to fear 
saws and other tools - if you can spare the time please volunteer!  Most of 
the wood will be pre-cut.  Email kathie@cleannorth.org.

2.  We need another six people to help sell bat houses on the lawn of 
Canadian Tire, next Friday evening (the 16th), from 6:30 until 9 pm.  We'll 
have a few young people to do the final assembly of any bat houses we 
haven't finished on Saturday, we just need Clean North people to help sell 
and talk to the public.  Email kathie@cleannorth.org if you can join us.

3.  We need one or two people between now and then, to get some 
refreshments and bring them to the volunteers at the site.  Nothing fancy, 
pretzels and pop would be nice.  Reimbursement or cash advance, whichever 
you find easiest, or you could talk a grocer or two into donating this 
stuff, for a nice thank you sign at the event.  Email kathie@cleannorth.org.
