We still have fourteen unsold tickets to the James Gordon concert 
tonight at 8 p.m.  We need to sell them to break even on this.  If 
you would paste the following into a message to your local friends

Hello,

Clean North is hosting a concert by Guelph, Ontario folk icon 
James Gordon.  This special evening, for which only 40 tickets 
have been printed, will be tomorrow, November 2, at 8 pm at the 
Imagination Station, the back room of the Clean North office at 736 
Queen Street East.

James Gordon is perhaps best known as founding member of 
Tamarack, and songwriter for that group.  Tamarack distinguished 
itself for folk ballads about Canadian life and events.  James also 
has a deliciously zany sense of humour, as evidenced in his 
weekly stint on Basic Black, and the three CD compilations of his 
Songs From Basic Black.  His music has been described as "from 
the historical to the hysterical".

Clean North members have been given first priority for tickets, that 
is
why you haven't heard of this until now.  But there are tickets left.  If
you are interested in experiencing this event, please phone me 
right away
at 949-3862.  I'll put your name on a ticket or two.  It will be magical
to be a part of a very tiny audience for James Gordon's music.
