Log message:
	Much improved RPC architecture.
	
	RPC-aware modules can now register themselves with the RPC system using:
	
	Gleipnir::RPC::register( name => \&function );
	
	during the module declaration.  Make sure the module is preloaded in
	startup.pl for this to work.
	
	Remove hardcoded RPC.pm references to Patch.pm calls.
