I saw Bud from TransPro about 2 weeks ago, and he indicated he'd talked 
with you and was good with the whole thing.

I've talked with Suzanne abt the fee change you suggested, and we're both 
good with it.  I talked with Dan and he sees similar pros/cons that I 
thought of, and is up for giving it a try.  No hand stamping!

If the city doesn't ban monitors from landfill and our change to the fee 
results in a run on the landfill, we can rethink it later.

I'm willing to post it that way, but considering it's just a few days away, 
maybe we should discuss it with the rest before doing a news release?  I'll 
write it up in advance and bring it to the meeting, to be faxed out when 
approved?
