The City is sending some computers your way on Friday. I had them fill out the fax on your web page and fax it in. As I understand it they want to arrive fairly early in the day. 
The tables will be delivered after lunch on Friday and returned on Monday. We need to confirm the Monday arrangements as I will be out of town on Monday.  It sounds like you do not need our pallet jack for the weekend. If this changes let me know so I can have it dropped off.

Rotary borrowed a pallet jack from Equipment World for the Katrina relief 
project and it is still at the PUC building. I have talked to both EW and 
Rotary (Landom Odum) and they are willing to let us use it if I return it 
Monday morning Oct. 3

This will free someone else from having to pick-up/return a jack.

There was also a large piece of checker plate left there which facilitate 
rolling the pallets onto the truck.

Pallets, boxes and strectch wrap are all taken care of.

Have we heard from ASI yet? I emailed the dates to them a month ago.

Will I have a couple of helpers to move things on Friday morning?
