October 1 - business drops
October 2 - public event

Place:  Same as before - PUC building on Second Line.
TransProvincial is in for hauling again.
I'm waiting for a reply from Arnold in Mississauga for recycling, don't 
expect difficulty.  Fallback is the new Noranda plant, same general 
vicinity so TransPro won't mind.

Youth Environment Program will help with sales tables again.

Volunteer orientation/screening/review of logistics is Sunday Sept 26th at 
7 pm at CN office.

Peter will be away the few weeks before the event, I need someone to look 
after obtaining the pallets and refrigerator boxes and dropping them off at 
the PUC building in advance.  Peter will be back in time for the event so 
he can bring his usual tools.  Peter, can you check out the stretch wrap 
supply and purchase what we need before you go?

Still working on supply of tables - any good suggestions please let me 
know.  I've asked Randy Roy for help getting tables to the site but we need 
to find the supply ourselves.
