Dan and I have agreed - 7 pm on the 7th.  If I'm delayed getting back from 
Thunder Bay, he will conduct the meeting.

Agenda:

Overview of purposes of BOYD (recycling, making $ for CN, giving computers 
to charities)
Material Flow and jobs (flow chart, triage, job descriptions)
Safety lecture (cords, power supplies, monitors, firing volunteers who 
violate our safety rules)
Rules for volunteers purchasing/taking unsold items (pay if it doesn't go 
on the table, free at 4 pm if it was on the table)
