Hi Randy,
We're on for BOYD for the 16th-17th of April, same place, same times, same general plan.
Last time you generously arranged for tables from Memorial Gardens to be brought to us by some fellows from your department using your dept's equipment. Could this happen again? If possible, we would hope for about 30 tables, 30 chairs, as early on the 16th as possible.
Please let me know if this is something you could do for us again this time.
