I agree with Jim here.  I also think making pallets on the truck would give
us _more_ space for making pallets than at the mall, where we'd have enough
space for about two pallets and no people, or stuff that's not on pallets.

Range is fine with a pair of cantennas.  20$US/ea.  Plus pigtails (cheap).
If someone can lends us the wifi gear, it might be possible.
