What are your fees?  We're a volunteer environmental group and our
recycling collection is a public service.  We take in whatever the people
bring us, and in each of five events in the past have sent off one 48-foot
truckload of electronic scrap to a recycler.  We sort equipment by type,
so monitors go in one pallet box, cases in another, keyboards in another,
etc.
In the past we've had two concerns your company may address for us:

first, the recyclers don't want monitors - they usually trash them.  In
one case we had "too many" in the load and our recycler reneged on a
commitment to pay the freight.  We can't guarantee the content of our load
- last time we had 18 monitors, the time before that we had 11 pallets of
them.
second, we sometimes cannot get a straight answer about the fate of this
scrap.  We've read horror stories about shipments to third world
countries, and as an environmental group we are very uneasy when we can't
get a straight answer.
