Kathie: I will take these (two attached documents) around to the high schools starting tomorrow. I'm assuming that by April 15 you will have many of the key technical positions filled by people we know and who have helped before, and at the volunteers meeting, new volunteers can apply for the remaining jobs. I would suggest that for key technical jobs, alternates be identified, so that if someone can not show at the last minute (or has to leave early), you can reassign people more easily.
