Hi Don.

This is great!  Two suggestions:

1.  found a typo in volunteer jobs - "move equipment _onto_ the truck" not 
"unto".  Just came from church?  :)

2.  I'd leave off the "system building" job - between Jay and Dan I think 
we have that covered, and everyone wants to do that job and we end up with 
the problems we had at Consumers with too many systems being constructed 
from too few parts...
