As far as I'm concerned, that about clinches it. I've heard back from Allan that the Bike workshop is very flexible and might work around us and go with their grand opening on the 27th. Dan is still around for the 20th. If Peter is willing to be lead "pallet Jack" I'd say let's go for it. Don, can we try for some pallet crew volunteers from JHS or Lou? There ought to be some high school-ers wanting their ten hours by then, too. I still have not got a commitment from a recycler. Best I have is a Toronto shop that says if we have equal monitors/CPUs he won't charge us, but I have to phone him and tell him pallet by pallet what the load contains and then he'll give me a price. Sounds kind of iffy to me. But I'm still working on it. k Peter Mclarty said: > Kathie > I am planning a trip for early April and will be gone from March 28 to > April 14 (tentative) and would prefer the 20 th...but I am only one > vote. Expediency asks the question: is it politic? Vanity asks the question: is it popular? But conscience asks the question: is it right? And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular - but one must take it simply because it is right. - Martin Luther King, Jr.
