I don't know what dates are acceptable as far as the two events go (Bike workshop and BOYD) but I can see how having them close together can be a problem. As far as BOYD goes most of the volunteers are the same each time. As far as I've noticed once it is set up it basically runs itself. Having at least one supervisory person or two would most likely be good for BOYD in a jam. Just my thoughts...
