Just went tp the site.  Not as bad as I have seen, but
then the gov't has their hands in it.  I have been to
too many govt websites not to recognize the annoying
style.

As for errors, new sites do that and they seem to need
on their list a webmaster.  Probably a teenage young
adult doing the website.
