Hello, all, but especially Dan, Chris, and Jay: I talked with Wayne Wilson at the ADSB just now, and he is good with our plan. to recap our discussion this morning: Friday 1 June, starting at 9 am, Dan, Chris, Jay, me, and at least 3 others (to move equipment) will meet at King George School. Dan, Chris, and Jay will label with green labels anything that would be green-labelled if it arrived at BOYD - i.e. 486s, printers, VGA monitors, ps/2 keyboards. At the same time they will note serial numbers on a clipboard for School board purposes. this will be loaded into a suburban by the three others, driven to St. Jerome's by Kathie, unloaded there by volunteers there. A board employee, Janice Irving, will be on hand to alert us to any equipment that must not go with us, and get it moved to another location. Kathie and Chris to recruit volunteers for the day for this effort. Possible to use this day as another vol. screening for some who must miss Wed night screening session? During transport times, the trois mousquetaires will also label with red labels the sort of matter that would be labelled red at BOYD, and note those serial numbers, and the other volunteers will stack this matter in the courtyard for later. Kathie will provide the labels and the clipboards, pens, and paper required. Monday, volunteers will meet at King Geo school to load transport with the red-label stuff and anything else remaining in the large room of equipment. School Board workers responsible for serial numbers at this point. Kathie and Steve to arrange for the transport truck to be at King Geo. on Monday morning.
