I can't remember with whom I've been chatting about this (at least three of you I think), but wanted the discussion to be more public. We have 21 pallets of books, a recycler, and no way, currently, to get them from point A to point B. Steve continues to bug Avery, to no avail. They continue to promise "Someday." We also have a new municipal recycling program that accepts books. Any way to link the two? Besides each of us taking one box a week home with us and putting them in our yellow boxes, that is! :) Question: are the books in the yellow box just part of the "contamination" allowed in mixed paper, or does Green Circle plan to sort them out and ship them as book fibre? Peter, because you speak with John Martella more frequently than the rest of us do, would you ask him? If he ships them separately, would he want our 21 pallets? If he doesn't ship them separately, would he be willing to take the pallets off our hands, and drop books into his shipments whenever he can? Thanks ... k
