The "real" answer book is a three ring binder in the Clean North office, where we stash all the basic information that most callers need. The information covers recycling, composting, energy saving, household hazardous wastes, alternatives to pesticides, and water conservation. We've even got a page of flea control strategies.
If you have a question that isn't answered here, please "Submit a Story" and ask your question. Fellow readers may be able to answer it, or one of our volunteers may research it and write a feature for possible inclusion in the Answer Book.
